MEMBERS PRIVILEGE CARD (MPC)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. This card is issued by Richmond Athletic Association Ltd (RAA).

  2. The card is for use as a Privilege discount(MPC) by members of Richmond Football Club Ltd (RFCL) and London Scottish Football Club Ltd (LSFC).

  3. The card is only authorised for use by fully paid up, current, members of either RFCL or LSFC.

  4. The member to whom this card is issued must maintain a credit balance on the card with the RAA to qualify for discounts.

  5. The discounts offered by use of this card are variable by product

  6. The named person to whom this card is issued is responsible at all times for transactions made against the card

  7. The minimum card top up required is £25

  8. This card can be activated and loaded at specified tills located in the RAA bar

  9. The card balance can subsequently be topped up at tills located in RAA bar

  10. The card must be produced at the time of sale and have a sufficient balance to qualify for discounts

  11. Bar staff are entitled to see the purchaser's current club membership card at any time and can refuse to accept the MPC for payment if the member doesn't comply
  12. Balances will be printed on till receipts after use. Duplicate receipts cannot be issued

  13. Discounts are not offered for any method of payment other than the Members Privilege Card

  14. The card will be cancelled if subscription to either RFCL or LSFC is unpaid after 2 months of the annual subscription renewal date

  15. If a card is lost, the charge for replacement cards will be £6

  16. RAA,RFCL,LSFC are not responsible for any unauthorised use of the card. RAA reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions attached to the issue and use of the MPC at any time and without notice.

  17. Activation of the card is taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions

 

 

Richmond Athletic Association (RAA) is introducing a Members Privilege Card (MPC) effective from 1st September 2012.
The card will be made available to any paid up current member of either Richmond Football Club or London Scottish Football Club, and will entitle the member to a discount , currently 10%, off the published bar tariff.
RAA has produced MPC’s based on the Clubs membership lists as at the end of last season, and the cards will be available to paid up members for collection in the Members Bar on Saturday 18th August and on Friday 24th August.
 To use the card it will need to be activated at specified tills in any of  the RAA bars. Activation will take place when minimum funds of £25 are loaded onto the card, either by cash or debit card.
Balances will be printed on till receipts after each use.
Discounts will not be available for any method of payment other than the Members Privilege Card
The card cannot  be used before        1st September 2012
