MEMBERS PRIVILEGE CARD (MPC)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This card is issued by Richmond Athletic Association Ltd (RAA).

The card is for use as a Privilege discount(MPC) by members of Richmond Football Club Ltd (RFCL) and London Scottish Football Club Ltd (LSFC).

The card is only authorised for use by fully paid up, current, members of either RFCL or LSFC.

The member to whom this card is issued must maintain a credit balance on the card with the RAA to qualify for discounts.

The discounts offered by use of this card are variable by product

The named person to whom this card is issued is responsible at all times for transactions made against the card

The minimum card top up required is £25

This card can be activated and loaded at specified tills located in the RAA bar

The card balance can subsequently be topped up at tills located in RAA bar

The card must be produced at the time of sale and have a sufficient balance to qualify for discounts
- Bar staff are entitled to see the purchaser's current club membership card at any time and can refuse to accept the MPC for payment if the member doesn't comply
- Balances will be printed on till receipts after use. Duplicate receipts cannot be issued

Discounts are not offered for any method of payment other than the Members Privilege Card

The card will be cancelled if subscription to either RFCL or LSFC is unpaid after 2 months of the annual subscription renewal date

If a card is lost, the charge for replacement cards will be £6

RAA,RFCL,LSFC are not responsible for any unauthorised use of the card. RAA reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions attached to the issue and use of the MPC at any time and without notice.

Activation of the card is taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions
