Play Off Game – Richmond v Caldy  Saturday 5th May KO 3pm
This Saturday 5th May sees Richmond play one of the most important games in its history as the FIRST XV take on National 2 North second place Caldy in the play off for promotion to National 1. KO is 3pm and no excuses are accepted for not being there! Your team needs you – not only to shout louder than ever before to encourage and get behind our lads, but also to drown out the northern hordes. A certain game down the road at Wembley will make the journey south difficult for Caldy, but I know that many of them are making the trip so we need to be waiting - to welcome of course, but to make sure they go unheard as well. Please do make a special effort this Saturday as we face the very real prospect of getting back to where we were when a certain Mr Levett appeared upon the horizon and cast his eyes upon the Mighty Mond.

Match entrance cost
As this is a Play Off game the match entrance charges are governed by RFU/NCA regulations and so I am afraid that the only free entrance will be to Under 16s and serving members of the armed forces. All others including season ticket holders, committee members, players, players guests etc etc will need to pay match entrance. As members the rate will be £5/head (you will need to show your membership card) – non members pay £10/head.
This will mean that there will inevitably be longer queues at the ticket booths and I would therefore urge you all to get here early and pre buy if possible. The ticket booths will be open from 12.30pm for just that purpose.

The bars and canteen will of course be open to provide comfort and succour during the afternoon and the Liverpool v Chelsea Cup Final, which KO at 5.15pm, will be shown on the big screens and TVs in the clubhouse

Pre match lunch
There is the usual pre match lunch before the game and although numbers are good there are a few places left but I do need to know by return if you wish to book in. Cost £22/head.

There are no other games on Saturday as all other teams have finished their season.

On Sunday the Middlesex 7s tournament is taking place at the ground.
The YOUTH have finished their season and the MINIS are on tour in Bournemouth celebrating their season end.

Shop End of Season opening hours and SALE
The shop will be open for the last time this season on Saturday from 12.30pm to 3pm and then for half an hour after the end of the match.
This will be the final opportunity to take advantage of the end of season SALE with the vast majority of product reduced by 25%. So seize the moment and come and see what is left - includes both adults and kids sizes and all shirts, shorts, socks, T shirts, polo shirts, waterproof training tops, after match jackets, hoodies, fleeces, track pants, beanies, baseball caps, as well as the baselayer T shirts and shorts and all protective wear such as head guards, shoulder pads not to mention back packs and boots.

Mini/Youth August Pre season Training Camp
Following last summers extremely successful pre season camp we are intending to hold a similar one this summer on Tuesday 28th, Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th August. Run once again by James Brooks, First XV player and coach, the focus will be on preparing the boys/girls for the new season ahead with hopefully a couple of International players coming along to share their skills.
The cost is £25/day/child (siblings get a 10% discount) with a discount for 3 days of £70. You can come for one day or all three - we do something different every day. You do not have to be a Richmond member as the camp is open to all boys and girls so friends are very welcome.
Registration is at 9.30am and a packed lunch will be needed plus plenty of drinks as well as clothing suitable to the weather and boots and trainers plus mouth guards where necessary. Collection is at 3.30pm.
We are open for bookings so contact Jen or Carly on 020 8332 7112 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
