Sunday 21st October
The WOMEN 1st XV are at home to Thurrock KO 3pm and all support would be very welcome as Thurrock usually bring a lot of supporters all of whom are extremely vocal and often not in a good way! Counter measures are needed!
The WOMEN 2nd XV and the WOMEN 3rd XV are also at home to Hove KO 2.15pm and Blackheath KO 2pm respectively.
The COLTS have a friendly against Bracknell KO 2pm. Congratulations to the team as they defeated Portsmouth 14 – 5 last week in the National Colts Cup and go through to round 3 playing Winchester away on 18th November

Richmond v Rosslyn Park Sat 27th October
Next Saturday 27th October promises to be one of the biggest games of the season, when after many years the FIRST XV once again take on traditional opponents Rosslyn Park. KO is 3pm and as advised last week the lunch is the biggest we have held in the clubhouse and in order to accommodate all those that wish to partake, we are in fact closing the canteen and the Members Bar to the general public for the lunch period in order to extend the tables into the canteen area.
There are a very few places left for the lunch but please do let me know by return if you wish to book. Cost is the usual £25/head to include a programme but not match entrance
Those that are lunching please note that in order to make sure service is complete by KO, the time for lunch is being brought forward and is now 12 FOR 12.30PM WITH PRE LUNCH DRINKING IN THE SPORTS BAR
For those of you that will not be lunching please do not panic, as your food and drink requirements will be catered for in the Sports Bar and the mobile bar at the end of pitch 1 and the catering mobile unit adjoining. Normal service will be resumed in the canteen as soon as possible after the lunch has been served
Pre match lunches
The popularity of the Rosslyn Park lunch is a timely reminder that to avoid disappointment early bookings would be a sensible idea for all the other big games - such as Blackheath December 8th, Old Albanians 22nd December and Esher 20th April.
Annual Firework Display Sunday 4th November
This year’s spectacular, entitled appropriately ‘Going for Gold’, is to be held on Sunday 4th November with the gates open at 4.30pm for a 6pm start.
