CAREER SUPPORT PROGRAMME
Play Rugby For Richmond 2 of 2

2. CAREER SUPPORT PROGRAMME

Richmond is unique in its culture, heritage and vision. We are well aware that the success of a team and a club is not just about the 80 minutes on a Saturday, but the whole support structure around the players.

Players who join Richmond should not see rugby as their primary source or method of earning an income, but through the Career Support Programme, the club has put in place a mentoring structure to help players with developing their careers off the field.

Objective

To attract players to Richmond who share the club’s values, will help our club continue its development and enable us to compete effectively at all levels.
