Player Career Development Network 1 of 2

Richmond Rugby aims to support players that either have aspirations to be full-time/professional rugby players as well as those who want to balance a love of playing rugby with building careers in business.

The landscape and future of rugby union in England is uncertain. The roadmap for players below the Premiership is increasingly unclear and it is becoming more important for clubs to support their players in order to realise their potential, both on the field and in their professional career.

  • able to share contacts with their network
  • prepared to offer mentoring
