Richmond Rugby Club and Richmond Athletic Association (RAA) are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to join the team and help drive the club and venue forward.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in order to work effectively with a variety of people at all levels both within the Richmond Rugby Group and with its outside stakeholders.

They must have excellent organisational skills and the ability to adapt to new conditions, assignments and multiple deadlines. Excellent attention to detail, a passion for rugby and its place in the community, an interest in sports marketing, in the news, media and communications, good experience of digital marketing and enthusiasm for delivering a bright future for Richmond Rugby are essential.

This will be a significant role within the organisation as the candidate will be expected to help drive new players, supporters and commercial partners to the club, and promote all sections within the rugby club and all events taking place at the ground to a wider audience.
