New for the 2025/26 season, all Richmond Rugby Season Ticket Holders, Friends of Richmond Members and Senior Playing Members will receive both a physical membership card and a new digital membership card.

How Your Digital Card Works
On Thursday at 9am, you’ll receive your 2025/26 digital membership card by email from TicketCo, our ticketing partners.

Simply click the “Add to Apple Wallet” (or equivalent for your phone) button in the email.
Your card will instantly appear in your digital wallet, ready to scan on matchdays.

On arrival at the ground, display your digital card to be scanned, to gain access to the fixture.

Collecting Your Physical Card
All Physical cards will be posted to you before our opening game on Saturday 4th October. We appreciate your patience while these are being produced and sent out.

You can enter games using either your digital card or your physical card, whichever suits you best.
