Movember Mo Bros and Kew Occasionals to go head to head at the Athletic Ground

A fixture in aid of Movember, the men’s health charity, is set to take place at the Athletic Ground on Saturday 20th November between Movember Mo Bros and Kew Occasionals.

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men’s health on a global scale, focusing on mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer.

Kicking off at 1:30pm, the match between the two squads will be the first 15-a-side fixture the Mo Bros have played, following their inaugural outing at the Bournemouth 7s earlier this year. The Kew Occasionals squad features graduates from Oxford, Cambridge and Trinity Dublin. Given their reputation for playing a fast and open game, an exciting, high-scoring match is expected.

The Movember fixture coincides with Richmond’s Championship match against Ampthill, taking place on the main pitch at 1pm. And having amped themselves up with the two games at the club, fans are welcome to stay to watch the England vs South Africa test match live on the big screen.

Entry to the Movember match is free, but donations in aid of Movember are encouraged with both cash and contactless payments accepted on the day. Alternatively, donations can be made by clicking here.

We can also confirm 5% of every drink sold at the club on Saturday will be donated to Movember.

Club Address: Richmond Athletic Ground, Twickenham Road, Richmond, TW9 2SF

Parking: The car park will be open and is free to use. It operates under a first come first served basis.

Please Note: You must purchase a match ticket if you wish to watch Richmond's Championship fixture against Ampthill (kick-off 1pm). Click here to purchase.
