As we reflect on what has been an eventful and productive year for the Club, we are pleased to share the progress that has been made both on and off the field.

Throughout this transformative period, we have benefited from Neil Darke’s leadership and expertise. Neil has played a crucial role in guiding the Club forward – both on and off the pitch. This progress has enabled Rob Powell and his team to deliver success on the pitch, with the Men’s and Women’s 1st XV top of their tables, thriving Minis and Youth sections and new playing sections.

However, after extensive discussions between Neil and the Board, Neil has decided to step away from executive duties and we will bring in a new leader to help us over a transitional period and continue to develop the necessary processes and procedures for the next phase.

Neil will remain an enthusiastic supporter and part of the club and will continue to lead the U13 Boys section.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Neil for his leadership during this important year and on behalf of everyone at Richmond Rugby Club we wish him well and look forward to Neil and his family staying involved in club activities.
