Remembrance Ceremony: Lest We Forget

On Sunday Club President Chris Mills joined London Scottish President Paul Burnell for a small ceremony at the Athletic Ground to remember and honour those from both clubs who gave their lives in the service of their country and for the cause of freedom.

We will always remember them. Lest we forget.

24/7 Support: Club Mental Wellbeing Programme

A reminder all Richmond members have access to 24/7 FREE support through our Club Mental Wellbeing Programme.

The programme, conceived and funded by the Richmond Heavies Foundation, ensures any adult member or player, coach, staff and their immediate family, have access to mental wellbeing support, advice, information and counselling services any time of the day or night, 365 days a year.

Keeping Fit At Home: Live Instagram Workouts

To keep ourselves active and healthy during lockdown, we are delivering LIVE workout sessions via our Instagram page.

The sessions are completely free and suitable to everyone, from our mini/youth to our senior players and even our Heavies. The workouts can be completed at home, with minimal equipment.

Inside Richmond Vodcast: George Trimmer & Sophie Pascall

Our official club vodcast series 'Inside Richmond' is back this week with exclusive interviews with George Trimmer and Sophie Pascall.

George recently joined Richmond as our senior men's Skills Coach and will be speaking about his coaching career to date, his professional playing days and the importance of Movember.

Richmond Women's wing Sophie Pascall will be joining us to discuss her incredible forthcoming challenge, rowing from San Francisco to Hawaii as part of the Great Pacific Race next year.
