All Minis and Youth parents and guardians are required to attend the relevant briefing session on Sunday 13 September as part of our Minis & Youth Season Launch.
The launch will take place alongside the usual Sunday rugby sessions, so players will continue with their normal activities while parents and guardians attend. The briefings will provide the important information you need for the season and an opportunity to ask questions directly.
From 9am:
The Murray Judd Bar will be the hub of the morning, with a range of useful stalls open from 9am and available throughout the morning. Please allow time before or after your session to come in, speak to the teams and get everything sorted for the new season.
• Membership: Complete your membership or speak to our team if you have any questions.
• Club 165 volunteering: Find out how you can support the club through a flexible role that works around your time.
• Merchandise: Pick up Richmond Rugby clothing and any kit needed for the season ahead.
• Zest: Come and have a chat with our recruitment partner and see how your business can support the club.
Session times:
• 9:30am – 10:00am - Minis parents and guardians
• 11:00am – 11:30am – Youth parents and guardians
You’ll hear from the Managing Director Phil White, Head of Rugby Rob Powell, Community Manager Luke Spring, Minis Chair Laura Martin and Meliora representative Luke Frost. They’ll share updates from their areas and help you understand who to speak to whenever you need support.
Parent & Coach Orientation: A dedicated segment will offer practical guidance and support to our volunteer coaches.
Concussion protocols: Meliora Medical will explain the concussion protocols families need to know and answer your questions.
Please attend your relevant session and visit the stalls in the Murray Judd Bar from 9am. We look forward to seeing you on Sunday 13 September.
