Match Preview

Richmond prepares for this Saturday’s game at home against Cinderford at the RAG kicking off at 3pm. After a brilliant win last time out in challenging conditions at Sale, Richmond will be looking to make it back-to-back wins in front of a large crowd at the RAG on the Richmond Rugby ‘Club Day’.

Luke Spring starts at loosehead prop, with Alexander Post keeping his spot at hooker, captaining the side and Ntinga Mpiko starts at tighthead prop.

Jake Monson and Max Murphy pair in the second row. Henry Wills retains his spot at blindside after his debut in the previous round and Toby Saysell joins him on the openside and Ethan Benson acts as No.8 to round off the pack.

Pulling the strings at 9 and 10 are Luc Jones and Alex Burrage, in the midfield, we welcome debutant Tom Hitchcock to the RAG at inside centre as he partners with Henry Cheeseman.

Jake Caddy and Hamish Graham start on the wings and Alex O’Meara continues his solid presence at full-back.

The powerful duo of Conor Maguire and Jimmy Litchfield act as front row cover, whilst George Nugent covers the engine room. Matteo Petrozzi acts as scrum-half replacement and Sean Kerr returns to cover the centres.
