Club legend Laura Kapo will make her 300th league appearance as Richmond Women travel to face Hove RFC tomorrow afternoon in Round 3 of the Women’s Championship South 1.

The powerful prop, who has been at Richmond for 19 seasons, has been named tomorrow's captain and said during the week: "It means a lot that I still get to play rugby, pull on the shirt and represent the team and club that I love. I have made some fantastic relationships throughout my career, life-long friends that I have played with and against, and I am extremely grateful for the opportunities I have been given by playing at this club. I can't wait to get out there tomorrow and hopefully lead Richmond to an important win over Hove."
