Rugby Administrator - Richmond Rugby Club

Reporting to: Head of Rugby

Richmond Rugby Club is looking for an organised, proactive and highly capable Rugby Administrator to join our team and play a key role in the smooth running of rugby operations across the Club.

This is a varied and hands-on position, supporting our senior men’s and women’s rugby programmes, performance players, community rugby and wider club operations. The successful candidate will be at the centre of a busy rugby environment, coordinating people, information, fixtures and logistics and ensuring that the many administrative details behind the scenes are managed effectively.

The Role
Working closely with the Head of Rugby, coaches, medical team, community team, players, volunteers and club staff, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across the rugby programme.

Experience within sport, rugby, club administration, operations or a similar busy administrative role would be advantageous, although we are primarily looking for the right combination of organisation, initiative and attitude.
