Richmond have named a powerful squad for Saturday’s Round 19 Championship clash against Ampthill at Dillingham Park (KO 2pm - Click here for tickets).

The forward pack features two changes to the eight that went head to head with Doncaster last Saturday, with Mike Perks replacing the injured James Hadfield at hooker and Mark Bright (196 league appearances) returning to skipper the squad from the back of the scrum. Elsewhere, Huw Worthington shifts from number eight to blindside flanker.

In the backs, the in-form Will Kaye misses the trip to Ampthill following an ankle injury sustained last Saturday. His absence means sharpshooter James Kane (100 points this season) moves from outside centre to his more regular position at fullback. While powerful centre Lennox Anyanwu returns to the Richmond squad to reignite his exciting midfield combo with Ronnie Mclean (109 caps).

On the bench, hooker Jack Musk makes his first league appearance since the 43-21 victory over London Scottish in October, while hard-working lock Henri Williams and influential scrum-half James Lennon return to the Richmond 23. Elsewhere, exciting winger Ben Robbins (former Rotherham and London Scottish) and dynamic centre Zuriel Makele (former University of Nottingham) are poised to make their First XV debut.
